Hi guys,
I'm wondering, why are you buying those Vials of Ink? :P Are they gonna get expensive in Factions or what :P BTW: I'm new on this forum

Oh, I almost forgot: I got 21 ecto in my storage and I don't know what to do with em... Should I sell all of em or keep some just in case... or maybe I should just keep them in my storage and do nothin... :P

I dont buy them, I prefer to craft them
Ritualist will need Vial of Ink for the armor (Got time to get my full 1.5k Harbinger Armor). I just hopt to get in drop when Faction comes out.

For your Ecto, its your choice, maybe it will be useful later, sell them for money of use it for your FOW armor. But its your choice.

/Disclaimer *Personal Opinion*

I'd sell Ecto's before factions comes out. I'd imagine that the price would drop after people start playing in Cantha.

First you need glittering dust to craft the glass vials, then you need plant fibers and the vials to craft the Vials of Ink. Two step process.

With a lot of players starting Factions with large amount of gold , are prices for new/rare weaspons in Factions going to go thru the roof ! Discuss ....

Yes rare items will once again be unaffordable to the masses. Thank goodness such items don't unbalance the game too much!

I'm stocking up on crafting components. In fact our entire guild is. People are gonna want the new armor and they will want materials for that new armor so we expect to see a spike in the material prices, not a huge one but a spike none the less. We'll make a quick buck and then splurge on ourselves.

I'm getting my warrior ready for factions. In his lovely jade coloured wyvern armor no less. As for items I already got a range of useful weapons and shields. So only weapons i'll be buying are clean max damage ones for the skins. I'm waiting till I have seen all the armors available before buying any.

Doing the same. Well, not getting rid of my gold. I started all my Prophecies characters fresh without any help from any other of my characters, no gold support so I did all the quests and such and never got run or anything and probably got the best experience out of the game for me. I'm going to enjoy the PvE section as much as I can. In any other RPG I wouldn't want to start off with overly strong armor or weapons, and I'm not considering Factions any different.

Although I have given in to the Ink stockpiling fad hoping it'll give a nice return.

I sold my HoD sword and saved up 1000k. Im not really storing material as I dont really have the room and I can farm it quickly as I need it. I did grab a few Sup Vigors as I expect a spike in those.

1250 iron
500 tanned hides
250 bones
500 chitin
500 scales
13 xp scrolls(all drops, but you can buy em at merchant)
250 granite slabs
40 leather
15 fur(should try to get more of these)
190 steel
some other stuff, Basically mule is filled. Also some weapons I've decided my chars will have(Necro) and assassin(get him stuff in factions).

Also have about 30 skill pts per char, so its all good, 3 new chars and 3 old ones.
